Laxmi Bank raises interest rate of recurring deposit scheme

KATHMANDU, March 22: Laxmi Bank has increased the interest rate of 'Lakshit Muddati - Recurring Deposit' to 10 percent per annum.

KATHMANDU, March 22: Laxmi Bank has increased the interest rate of 'Lakshit Muddati - Recurring Deposit' to 10 percent per annum. Issuing a statement on Wednesday, the bank said that it was rewarding serious savers with interest rate of up to 10 percent on the Lakshit Muddati - Recurring Deposit' scheme. According to a statement, saving account holders of Laxmi Bank can open recurring deposit accounts from all 78 branches of the bank across the country. Furthermore, customers can also choose to receive the interest at maturity or quarterly directly in their savings account, according to the statement.
