SIRAHA, Nov 22: Chief of District Land Revenue Office Ram Babu Mandal has been caught red-handed while receiving a bribe of Rs 500, 000 from a service seeker on Friday.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Bardibas, apprehended Mandal while he was taking the bribe from a local.

Mandal had been bargaining cash amount with the service seeker for the past ten days after the latter sought land-related documents from the District Land Revenue Office.
