KATHMANDU, March 13: Government joint-secretary Binod Bahadur Kunwar has been appointed the Spokesperson for the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM).

According to OPMCM joint-secretary Dilli Ram Sharma, Kunwar was assigned with the responsibility of the Spokesperson with effect from last Sunday.
