KATHMANDU, August, 29: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is preparing to demolish unauthorized structures built at Suraj Arcade in New Road.
Two dozers have been prepared by the KMC to demolish the unauthorized structures built by the business house. Metropolitan police said that they will reach there with dozers as the building owners did not comply with the notice issued earlier by the KMC.

Recently, the KMC has launched a campaign to remove unauthorized structures across the metropolis. Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) himself is reaching the site to inspect demolition of illegal structures put in place for years.
