KATHMANDU, Nov 3: The Judicial Council (JC) on Thursday got a full shape after Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee (PHSC) unanimously endorsed the name of Padam Baidhik as a JC member.
Baidhik was recommended as a JC member by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal. Earlier, PSHC had endorsed the name of Ram Prasad Sitaula, recommended by Nepal Bar Association (NBA), as a JC member.

JC is headed by prime minister. A member is recommended by PM and NBA each, while Minister for law is the ex-officio member of JC.
