KATHMANDU, Feb 4: Japanese Ambassador to Nepal Masamichi Saigo called on the speaker of House of Representatives Agni Sapkota at the latter's office on Tuesday.
During the meeting, ambassador Saigo said his country would continue providing support to Nepal's socio-economic development.

"We will continue providing support to Nepal especially in the field of technology and skill development," he said.
During the meeting, speaker Sapkota stressed the need to further enhancing bilateral ties between Nepal and Japan. Sapkota was appointed the HoR speaker on January 26.
