Indian Army gifts 100,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine to Nepal Army

KATHMANDU, March 30: The Indian Army on Tuesday gifted 100,000 doses of Covishield vaccine to the Nepali Army.

KATHMANDU, March 30: The Indian Army on Tuesday gifted 100,000 doses of Covishield vaccine to the Nepali Army.



Indian Army chief General MM Naravane presented COVID-19 vaccines to his Nepali counterpart Purna Chandra Thapa through video-conferencing amid a ceremony held at the Nepali Army headquarters in Tundikhel today afternoon.

Indian Army-gifted COVID-19 vaccines arrived at the Tribhuvan International Airport by an Air India flight from Serum Institute India, Pune on Tuesday afternoon and were handed over to the Nepali Army by Indian Ambassador Vinay Mohan Kwatra.
