KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Hindu devotees are celebrating Mahashivaratri festival by offering prayer to and worshiping Lord Shiva in Pashupatinath Temple today.
Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) has said it has made special arrangements to facilitate the visitors, its member-secretary Dr Milan Kumar Thapa said. All four gates of the temple are open from 3am on Saturday.
