Upon arrival at the parliament premises at the International Conference Centre, Baneswar, President Bhandari was welcomed by Prime Minister Oli, Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara, National Assembly Chair Ganesh Timilsena, among others.
Also on the occasion, a contingent of the Nepali Army presented a guard of honor to the President.
