Hyatt Kathmandu bags leadership award

KATHMANDU, Sept 8: Hyatt Regency Kathmandu has been recognized at the 2016’s Hyatt Thrive Leadership Awards for “Excellence in Community Engagement”. The leadership awards are annually handed to Hyatt’s franchise all over the world.

KATHMANDU, Sept 8: Hyatt Regency Kathmandu has been recognized at the 2016’s Hyatt Thrive Leadership Awards for “Excellence in Community Engagement”. The leadership awards are annually handed to Hyatt’s franchise all over the world.

The award acknowledged Hyatt Kathmandu’s humanitarian efforts during the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, where it had raised funds and supported the local community. 


“Throughout all this turmoil and the difficulties faced, the hotel’s team was able to stay true to the Hyatt goal of being ‘the most preferred hospitality brand’ when it comes to engaging with our community, our guests and our colleagues,” said Hyatt Kathmandu in an official statement issued on Thursday.
