KATHMANDU, Jan 8: The meeting of the Legislature-Parliament on Sunday passed a condolence motion on the demise of the former Nepali Congress (NC) lawmaker, Maniram Pokharel.
Former NC lawmaker Pokharel passed away at the age of 87 years on December 29.
The House also observed a minute of silence on Pokharel’s demise. The meeting was then postponed till 3 pm today.
