JANAKPURDHAM, April 10: Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane has inquired about the progress made in the investigation into the Aarti Sah death case by the police officers involved in the investigation.
During his visit to Janakpur to attend a province-level security seminar held in Janakpurdham, the capital of Madhesh Province, Lamichhane also engaged in discussions with the victims of loan-sharking.

The seminar, inaugurated by Lamichhane as the chief guest, was attended by security chiefs from all eight districts of Madhesh Province.
Birendra Kumar Yadav, Secretary of the Ministry of Home, Communications, and Law in Madhesh Province, said that the seminar covered topics including the security situation in the province, challenges faced, security and disaster management, service delivery, and strategies for maintaining peace and security.
In the seminar organized by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Home, Communications and Law of Madhesh Province, Chief Minister of Madhesh Province Saroj Yadav, Minister for Home, Communications and Law of Madhesh Province, Rajkumar Lekhi, Home Secretary Ek Narayan Aryal, chief of Nepal Police, Inspector General Basanta Kunwar, chief of the Armed Police Force, Inspector General Raju Aryal, head of National Investigation Department as well as heads of security agencies of Madhesh Province were also present.
