KATHMANDU, July 9: Hearing on the writ petition filed against Koshi government is going to take place in the Supreme Court today.
The CPN-UML filed the petition at the apex court saying that the government led by the Chief Minister of Koshi Province, Uddhav Thapa, is unconstitutional.

Outgoing CM Hikmat Karki on behalf of the UML registered the writ petition at the SC against the newly-elected CM on Friday.
In Karki's writ petition, Governor Parshuram Khapung, CM Uddhav Thapa and speaker Baburam Gautam have been made opponents.
