The proceedings are ongoing before the bench comprising Justices Sudarshan Dev Bhatta and Anju Upreti since Tuesday. Following the debate on Tuesday, the hearing has been scheduled to reconvene today.
The bench is said to resume the hearing and potentially issue a verdict later today.
