MALANGWA, Jan 11: Ram Bahadur Bamjan, who is accused of murder and sexual violence, has been presented before the District Court, Sarlahi.
As an arrest warrant has been issued against him by the District Court, Sarlahi, he has been produced in the court. According to Registrar Sadan Adhikari, the hearing on the case against him has started at the bench of Judge Bishnu Regmi in the court.

The Sarlahi District Court had given permission to the police to arrest Bamjan on the charges of murder and sexual violence on February 6, 2020. A team of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police arrested Bamjan from Hattigauda in Budhanilkantha on Tuesday evening.
