Nepal Communist Party's chairperson, Dahal said that the government would soon be appreciated for its work while interacting with journalists at Biratnagar airport. He added that the government had already framed its long-term policies. "Once we start implementing the programs, the government will gain popularity."

He defended the government's snail-paced performance until now as 'preparatory works' to propel development in the long run. Dahal also said that they'd soon resolve existing differences in party merger in lower levels. He also dismissed rumors about a change in Oli's cabinet of ministers
