KATHMANDU, Dec 17: The government has expressed grief over the demise of Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah.

KATHMANDU, Dec 17: The government has expressed grief over the demise of Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah.

The government has also decided to mourn Amir's demise by keeping Nepali flags at half mast in all government offices and Nepali embassies and missions abroad on Monday. Emir passed away on Sunday at the age of 86.
