GMBFL, CDSCL sign agreement

KATHMANDU, Aug 4: Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd (GMBFL) has signed an agreement with CDS and Clearing Ltd (CDSCL) to work as a depository participant.

Issuing a statement, the finance company said that it's General Manager Dinesh Lal Shrestha and Dev Prakash Gupta, CEO of CDSCL, signed the agreement on behalf of their companies amid a ceremony held on Thursday.


With the finance company becoming a depository participant, it will be able to open demat account for the beneficial owners to dematerialize or rematerialize the securities, the statement added.
