LAHAN, Sept 3: Police have arrested an absconding murder accused from Siraha district Friday night.
A team deployed from the Area Police Office, Golbazaar, arrested Binod Kumar Yadav, 32, of Golbazaar Municipality-6 in the district.
The District Court on March 2, 2015 had slapped 20 years of imprisonment to Yadav on the charge of murder and had been absconding for the past one-and-half-years.
Police Inspector at the Area Police Office, Golbazaar, Rajendra Kumar Upadhyay, said that the team arrested Yadav while acting on a tip-off. RSS
