Earlier, JSP had suspended four of its lawmakers taking oath of office and secrecy as ministers in the Shankar Pokharel-led cabinet in Lumbini Province. Lawmaker Bijaya Bahadur Yadav, Santosh Pandey, Suman Sharma and Kalpana Pandey have filed a writ petition at the apex court demanding immediate suspension of the decision to remove them from the party and their position as lawmakers.
