Foreign Minister Saud to participate in 6th Indian Ocean Conference

KATHMANDU, May 12: Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Prakash Saud is leaving for Bangladesh today to participate in the 6th Indian Ocean Conference being held under the theme of ‘Peace, Prosperity and Partnership for a Resilient Future’.

KATHMANDU, May 12: Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Prakash Saud is leaving for Bangladesh today to participate in the 6th Indian Ocean Conference being held under the theme of ‘Peace, Prosperity and Partnership for a Resilient Future’. 



The conference is being organized from 12 to13 May 2023 in Dhaka, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.

Minister Saud is scheduled to address the conference on Saturday, 13 May 2023.


During the visit, the Foreign Affairs Minister is scheduled to call on high dignitaries of the Government of Bangladesh as well as meet with participating heads of delegation from various countries on the margins of the Conference.


The Foreign Minister will return to Kathmandu on 14 May 2023.
