KATHMANDU, April 6: One person died in a fire at a metal industry in Hattiban, Lalitpur.

SP Nareshraj Subedi confirmed that a man died in a factory fire this morning. The body of the deceased is charred beyond recognition, and efforts are underway for identification.
The fire occurred at Sikma Metal Intex Pvt Ltd in Lalitpur Metropolis-23 at 6 AM. SP Subedi mentioned that the fire was extinguished before the man's burnt body was found.
