Farmers' Commission submits report to Agriculture Minister

KATHMANDU, Sept 16: The National Farmers' Commission has submitted its second annual report of the fiscal year 2074/075 BS to the Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development.

KATHMANDU, Sept 16: The National Farmers' Commission has submitted its second annual report of the fiscal year 2074/075 BS to the Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development.

Commission's Chairperson Chitra Bahadur Shrestha submitted the report to Minister Chakra Pani Khanal at the Ministry in Singhadurbar on Sunday. The report includes recommendations along with the facts and figures to increase the agricultural products in the country. The 47-page report also has incorporated various achievements made by the Commission during the last fiscal year. While receiving the report, Minister Khanal opined for implementing an effective land use policy to increase the agricultural productions in the country. RSS
