Eye infection cases rise after air pollution in Kanchanpur

KANCHANPUR, April 7: Health problems like eye infection and allergy have increased among the locals of Kanchanpur due to air pollution.

KANCHANPUR, April 7: Health problems like eye infection and allergy have increased among the locals of Kanchanpur due to air pollution. 



Most patients visiting health posts and hospitals have eye infection.

According to assistant health worker of Jhalari-based health post, Lokendra Eir, 30-50 eye infection patients are visiting the health facility on a daily basis. 


He said that the people with eye itching and burning are visiting the health post for treatment. "The problem has surfaced after the rise in air pollution", he added.
