KATHMANDU, Nov 2: Filing of nominations by candidates to contest the second round of the elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies has completed in a peaceful manner in Kathmandu.
The Election Commission had allocated three places for filing the candidacy for Kathmandu district. Candidates for constituencies 1,2,3 and 4 registered their names at City Hall, constituencies 5 and 7 at District Election Commission Office Thapagaun, constituency 6 at District Coordination Committee building and constituency 9 and 10 at BICC hall.

Heavyweight leaders Rabindra Mishra, Madhav Kumar Nepal, Prakash Man Singh and Gagan Thapa among others have registered their name for the upcoming election of federal parliament and provincial assemblies.
