These companies were involved in the construction of six different road sections along the Mahakali Highway and Mid-hill Highway. The contracts with Vivor Construction Services, Tulsi Construction and Suppliers, Utsav Construction, SS Construction and Suppliers, and New Kalika Construction Services have been discontinued.

The decision to terminate these contracts was taken after repeated attempts to engage with the companies were ignored. The companies showed a lack of interest in continuing the construction work, despite multiple communications from the Road Division Office.
