According to  Dirgha Koirala, chief of the District Forest Office, Rautahat , they have  urged   the Land Revenue Office to inform the concerned individuals about the scrapping of the illegally  registered land under Clause 2(b) of Article 16 and of the Forest Act 1993.  The investigation has found the involvement of former ranger of the DFO Ram Keval Yadav in the crime.
