KATHMANDU, July 18: A committee has been formed to investigate the incident of Nepal Airlines flight delay in Malaysia during the Kuala Lumpur-Bhairahawa-Kathmandu flight.
Before the take off of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC)'s RA 422 flight, the flight was stopped because the pressure of the crew oxygen bottle of 9N-AKDB was low and it could not be inflated.

NAC has mentioned that arrangements have been made and the aircraft is in the process of flying.
NAC said that it has formed an inquiry committee to suggest what should be done to prevent the recurrence of this problem in the future due to technical reasons.
The company apologized to the passengers for the delayed flight and said that this will not happen in the future.
