DANG, Jan 20: A banda (shutdown) that continued in Dang for the past five days demanding that Dang be named the temporary capital of Province 5 will be called off at 11 pm on Saturday, said a struggle committee meeting held on Saturday.

Other protest programmes will continue, however, said secretary of the struggle committee and CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Nirmal Acharya.
Following this decision, the shut market, educational institutions, transportation, and industries will resume from Sunday morning.
