KATHMANDU, Feb 28: One of the two chairmen of the rival faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Pushpa Kamal Dahal has submitted a written response at the Supreme Court (SC) over a case of contempt of court filed against him.
Dahal himself presented the response letter to the SC on Sunday.

Earlier, advocate Sameer Hayu filed a case of contempt of court at the apex court against Dahal for his remarks on the sub judice case of the dissolution of the lower house of parliament.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, ex-chief justices Minbahadur Rayamaji, Anup Raj Sharma, Kalyan Shrestha, Susila Karki and former House speaker Damannath Dhungana had also submitted written responses to the SC on the case of contempt of court filed against them.
