KATHMANDU, August 19: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has instructed YCL (Young Communist League), a sister organization of the party, to present itself as an army.

Addressing the second meeting of the YCL at the City Hall in Kathmandu on Friday, Dahal instructed the YCL to present itself as a force in a peaceful manner.
He said that if they can be presented as an army, the youth will have the leading role in advancing the country's politics in the right direction.
