JAJARKOT, Feb 7: A construction worker died after being hit by a boulder while constructing an access road for the Nalsinghgadh hydro project on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Ananta BK of Ghetma VDC-2 of Rukum district.
According to police, BK died after a boulder came down the hill while smashing a huge rock using an explosive at Gedeni cliff in Lahan VDC-6.

BK was ploughed 150 meters down the hill with the boulder that came off during demolition of the rock with the explosive device.
Seriously injured BK breathed his last while being whisked to hospital.
The under-construction Nalsinggad hydro power project is estimated to yield 410 megawatt electricity.
