Constitutional Council meeting canceled citing PM's hectic schedule

KATHMANDU, Nov 13: A meeting of the Constitutional Council which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday afternoon canceled at the last minute citing the busy schedule of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

KATHMANDU, Nov 13: A meeting of the Constitutional Council which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday afternoon canceled at the last minute citing the busy schedule of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.



The meeting was expected to recommend office bearers for several constitutional bodies including the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Shibamaya Tumbahamphe told media on Wednesday afternoon that the meeting was canceled due to the hectic schedule of the prime minister.
