BUTWAL, Sept 19: Province-5 Chief Umakanta Jha has expressed his belief that the concept of a prosperous province and happy Nepali would be materialized with the strengthening of national unity and governance. 



Delivering a message of best wishes on the occasion of the Constitution Day today, he expressed deep respect to the entire martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the struggles waged for the establishment of democracy and change in the country.

Meanwhile, Province-5 Chief Minister Shanker Pokharel also wished for the peace, progress, and prosperity to all Nepali sisters and brothers at home and abroad on the occasion. 


He also paid tribute to all the martyrs who laid down their lives for the sake of democracy and liberation.  RSS
