KATHMANDU, Dec 18: Civil Bank Ltd has signed agreement with Ajod Insurance Limited to become the latter's its agent to sell life insurance policies.

Under this agreement, customers can benefit with life insurance policies and hassle-free Bancassurance services through Civil Bank Limited's 71 branch offices spread across the country in a convenient manner, according to a statement issued on Monday.
The banks' CEO Govinda Gurung and CEO of Ajod Insurance Limited, Kumar Bdr Khatri, signed the agreement. The bank has already been providing life insurance and non-life insurance products to its customers through similar agreements.
