Citizen Life Insurance app now with additional features

KATHMANDU, Feb 6: Citizen Life Insurance Company has introduced various new features to its app. With the aim to provide simple and accessible services to the customers, the insurance company believes that the app will further help in providing digital services to its customers and agents.

KATHMANDU, Feb 6: Citizen Life Insurance Company has introduced various new features to its app. With the aim to provide simple and accessible services to the customers, the insurance company believes that the app will further help in providing digital services to its customers and agents.



According to a statement issued by the company, through the app, customers can get detailed information of the company, all insurance plans, all the branch offices across Nepal as well as information about various recent activities of the company from its media center.

Similarly, interested dignitaries can fill in their details using the premium calculator in the app and calculate the insurance premium of the insurance plan of their choice according to their requirement amount and the term of insurance itself.


The software system for filing insurance proposals online under Citizen Life Insurance's "Digital Citizen" campaign has also been in operation for the past few years and more recently the online insurance claims service, according to the company.
