KATHMANDU, June 23: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) is preparing to file a corruption case against the government’s Chief Secretary Baikuntha Aryal.
According to a high source, the CIAA decided to prosecute the case after Aryal was found to be involved in a scam related to the purchase of various communication equipment and printing when Aryal was the secretary of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.

"A case is going to be registered against Aryal shortly," said the source.
