KATHMANDU, Aug 21: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Sunday arrested Dinesh Shrestha, a sub-engineer at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-3 while taking bribe.
A team of CIAA nabbed Shrestha red-handed from a restaurant at Maharajgunj in the capital city while receiving Rs 300,000 from a service-seeker promising him a certificate of completion of house construction, according to CIAA Spokesperson Ganeshraj Karki.
Further investigation into the case is underway. RSS
