Citizens Bank International to give 24.49% stock dividend

KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Citizens Bank International Ltd (CBIL) has announced that it was distributing 25.78 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.

KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Citizens Bank International Ltd (CBIL) has announced that it was distributing 25.78 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.



Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that its board meeting held on Monday proposed to distribute 24.49 percent stock dividend and 1.29 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the profit earned in 2015/16.



The proposal, however, is subject to approval of the bank's upcoming annual general meeting and Nepal Rastra Bank, according to the statement.
