BHARATPUR, March 31: A truck carrying bricks caught fire at Bharatpur Metropolis-29, Satrakilo on Thursday.
According to the District Police Office, the brick-laden truck (Province 2-03-001 Kha 6587) en route to Kathmandu from Sarlahi caught fire.

The police office sources said fire broke out on the moving vehicle due to battery short circuit. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at the district police office, Narahari Adhikari informed that the truck caught fire at 6.00.am this morning. The fire caused complete damage to the truck.
