BUTWAL, July 10: Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City has brought its AI ChatBot into operation to ensure easy and accessible service delivery.
The city is operating its ChatBot service by linking its information on service delivery with artificial intelligence.

Mayor of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Khel Raj Pandey, on Sunday marked the beginning of ChatBot 'Butwal' by asking a question.
Mayor Pandey stated that the service was introduced to ensure access of service-seekers to the services and information of the sub-metropolitan city.
According to Mayor Pandey, the AI ChatBot would be linked to entrepreneurship to take maximum benefits out of it.
On the occasion, Province Coordinator of UNDP Sudip Aryal said that Butwal is the first city in the country to bring ChatBot into operation.
