KATHMANDU, Feb 1: Chairman of the Federal Council of the Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Nepal, Dr Baburam Bhattarai has accused the CPN-UML leader and member of the House of Representatives, Dr Bhim Rawal, of having a fake PhD.
Stating that Bhim Rawal’s statement that Baburam had secretly entered into the MCC agreement was baseless, he also warned Bhim Rawal to confirm his statement.
“@BhimRawal179 hangs ‘Dr’ in front of his name saying that he has done PhD. If any claim is made by anyone while doing doctorate, its source/ date/ location should be disclosed. If Baburam has secretly signed the MCC agreement as he claimed, then when, where and how, should it not be disclosed? Or is he a fake PhD?” he wrote on his twitter.
