KATHMANDU, August 13: Attorney General Raman Kumar Shrestha has resigned from his office today.

Shrestha tendered his resignation to the President through Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba. He was appointed the attorney general by then Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal in August last year.
