KATHMANDU, Feb 28: An arrest warrant has been issued against Nepal Communist Party General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’.
The District Court Bhojpur had issued arrest order against Biplav.

District Police, Kapilvastu has pasted the arrest warrant letter at his house, Shivaraj Municipality-9, said DSP Narendra Kumar Karki. He said, “We followed the court order.”
According to DSP Karki, the court has ordered to arrest Biplav, if not possible issued an arrest warrant against him.
