KATHMANDU, September 10: The transport entrepreneurs have decided to open advance booking counters for Dashain from Tuesday.
Following the agreement with Transport Management Department on Sunday, the entrepreneurs have decided to operate the advance booking counters from Tuesday. As per the agreement, passengers will not be allowed to travel on hood of the vehicles. On breaching the agreement, the department can scrap the permit of the vehicle.
Rare can earn it
Likewise, the entrepreneurs have agreed to charge the old fare for the travelers during the festivals. The two sides have agreed to adjust the fare of the local vehicles after the festive seasons.
The department has urged the public not to pay extra fare for the transportation. Here is the list of the fare of the local transportations throughout the country.
