KATHMANDU, Jan 17: Parliamentary Hearing Committee on Thursday endorsed the names of two foreign ministry officials who were earlier recommended for appointment as ambassadors to France and Thailand.

A meeting of the committee held at Singha Durbar endorsed the name of Deepak Adhikari as the ambassador to France and Ganesh Prasad Dhakal to Thailand respectively. The government had recommended the duo as ambassadors last month.
