ITAHARI, Jan 31: A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Itahari, arrested Bhupendra Katawal, an accountant at the Transport Management, Driving License Issuing and Renewal Office, Itahari, red-handed while taking bribe from a service-seeker.
