KATHMANDU, April 5: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has nominated 28 members to the party's 'Local-Level Election-2079 Manifesto Preparation Committee'.
NC President Deuba on Monday nominated the members to the committee led by NC General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa as per the decision of the party's central working committee meeting held on February 15.

Dr Arzoo Rana Deuba, Madhu Acharya, Prof Dr Govinda Raj Pokharel, Ajaybabu Siwakoti, Nripa Bahadur Ode, Kantika Saijuwal, Gururaj Ghimire, Kiran Giri, Hari Prabha Khadgi, Bhim Dhungana, Dilip Pratap Khand, Bamsha Lal Tamang, Bijay Shankar Yadav and Uma Thapa Magar have been nominated to the committee, said NC Party Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel.
Similarly, Bhupandra Rai, Mamta Mahato, Dr Jugal Bhurtel, Geja Sharma Wagle, Jagdish Bhattarai, Pratap Poudel, Shankar Tiwari, Purushottam Nepal, Dr Indra Adhikari, Dr Avimanyu Singh, Dr Buddhi man Shrestha, Manish Jha, Jimi Lama and Shilshila Acharya are the other members nominated to the committee.
