RUKUM, March 28: Two siblings have drowned to death while they were crossing a river in the district.
According to police, Sapana Budha, 11 and Jit Bahadur Budha, 8, drowned into the rivulet at Rukum Dharmashala, Baguchaur while they were going to school.
