BHOJPUR, September 11: A person has died after being swept away by a swollen river, locally known as Keureni rivulet, in Uttari Shadananda Municipality-7.
The deceased has been identified as 19-year-old Dhirchana Darji, a local.

Dirchana was swept away while she was returning home after wedding paddy plants.
According to Police Inspector Sushil Pandey of Area Police Office, Dingla, the body was found 200 meters down from the incident site.
The body has been taken to District Hospital for postmortem.
